      Fratellos ~ Events in the Millyard provides the ultimate location for your next baby or bridal shower.

      We have two rooms available for these events. Our Stark & Jefferson Room can hold parties of 25-40 guests, with a minimum of 25 guests; and our Amoskeag Room can hold events of 41-100 guests, with a minimum of 41 guests. As long as you meet these minimums, no room rental fee applies.

       

      We contract our events from 1030am-3pm. This timeframe includes setup. We do ask that you limit breakdown to no longer than 20 minutes past 3pm. At that time, we will start to help expedite the process so we can accommodate the next group of events coming in.

       The amount of setup time allowed is based on your timeframe. You can start your event at any time between the 1030am and 3pm timeframe, giving you the time from 10:30am until your designated start time for setup. Please know we do NOT allow confetti, glitter or anything adhesive to the walls that is damaging in nature. This includes confetti balloons. Please make sure that if you are not the person that will be here on site for setup, that these rules have been communicated to your setup/decorating team. Balloons, along with all other décor, must be removed at the conclusion of the event.

       You may choose from the breakfast, brunch, or lunch menus. Prices include all silverware, plateware, tables, linened and skirted, with ivory or white tablecloths as well as accompanying napkin.   

      SHOWER MENUS

       

       Quite often the contact requests to bring a cake or cupcakes in to celebrate the event. This is the only food item that we do allow to be brought into the facility, if it comes from a licensed bakery, as we do not make specialty cakes in house. We will cut and serve your cake to your guests for dessert at no additional charge.

       If bar service is requested for your event, a $75 bar fee will be added to your event invoice. This fee provides a bartender and private bar set up in your room, exclusive to your guests, for the duration of your event. The bar can be set up as a cash bar (guests pay for their own consumption) or hosted (contact pays for beverage consumption) and can be limited to certain items (i.e. Beer and wine only). Should you not want a bar, we also offer a variety of punch bowls and non-alcoholic beverage stations that can be added to your event menu. All food, beverage and room rental fees are subject to 8.5% NH Rooms & Meals Tax, 18% Service charge and 2% Facility fee.
