• For over 35 years, we have built our reputation on providing the Highest of Standards with Uncompromising Value! Our beautiful facility is located in downtown Manchester in the historic Millyard, featuring exposed brick, beams and wooden columns, highlighting the original charm.

    Our facility can hold events of 25 guests up to 150 guests.  We do have some options for groups under 25 guests, so please still inquire if you are looking for a party of a smaller size.

    We have two rooms available for social events. Our Stark & Jefferson Room can hold parties of 25-40 guests and our Amoskeag Room can hold events of 41-100 guests. Should you have a party larger than 100, we can combine the rooms and offer you the whole facility which will accommodate a maximum of 150 guests for buffet service and plated meal.  Cocktail party style receptions are available and are discussed on an individual basis.  We have a $22 Food Minimum for our lunch events and $32 Food Minimum for our evening events.  Our lunch events take place before 3pm and our evening events take place from 5pm or later.  Customized times are also available and will be discussed with the event manager.

    Room rental fees are applicable only when the minimums are not met.  Per person cost minimums vary depending on menu.

    Bar service is made available for both lunch and evening events.  An automatic $50 bar fee applies for all daytime functions; evening functions will incur a $75 bartender fee.  

    To book an event, we require a non-refundable deposit of $200 with a signed copy of the contract. Weddings and events reserving the whole facility are subject to a $500 non-refundable deposit. Your initial deposit is then applied to your final invoice due at the end of your event.
