  • For over 35 years, we have built our reputation on providing the Highest of Standards with Uncompromising Value! Our beautiful facility is located in downtown Manchester in the historic Millyard, featuring exposed brick, beams and wooden columns, highlighting the original charm.

    Our facility can hold events of 25 guests up to 180 guests with a $20 per person food minimum. 9% NH Meals Tax & 18% Service Gratuity is additional.

    We have two rooms available for social events. Our Stark & Jefferson Room can hold parties of 25-40 guests, with a minimum of 25 guests; and our Amoskeag Room can hold events of 41-100 guests, with a minimum of 41 guests Sun- Thurs, 50 guests on Fridays and 75 guests on Saturdays. Should you have a party larger than 100, we can combine the rooms and offer you the whole facility which will accommodate a maximum of 150 guests for buffet service and 180 guests for a plated meal. 

    Room rental fees are applicable only when the minimums are not met.

    A $75 bar fee will be added to all event invoices. This fee provides a bartender and private bar set up in your room, exclusive to your guests, for the duration of your event. The bar can be set up as a cash bar (guests pay for their own consumption) or hosted (contact pays for beverage consumption) and can be limited to certain items (i.e. Beer and wine only). 

    To book an event, we require a non-refundable deposit of $200 with a signed copy of the contract. Events reserving the whole facility are subject to a $500 non-refundable deposit. Your initial deposit is then applied to your final invoice due at the end of your event.
